As a Sales Manager at Voyageur Group, I bring a wealth of experience in international sales and business development. Since joining the company in 2021, I've advanced from International Business Development Executive to International Account Manager and now to Sales Manager. In my current role, I lead a skilled team in crafting and selling bespoke advertising packages for our flagship publications ITIJ (International Travel and Health Insurance Journal) and AirMed&Rescue. My role also involves attending major trade shows globally, including our own series of travel and health insurance conferences, ITIC, where I focus on nurturing and expanding client relationships.Before my time at Voyageur Group, I spent over five years with a UK-based Japan specialist tour operator where I honed my expertise in customer relationship management, presentations, training and sales. Prior to this, I lived in Japan for five years, teaching English to students of all ages, which significantly enhanced my cross-cultural communication and ability to adapt to a range of professional environments.With a passion for using my broad experiences to drive business growth and build robust client relationships, I am always eager to explore new opportunities and connections within the travel, healthcare and airborne special missions sectors.
