Ensure that Google Fiber has a coordinated deployment operation based out of the Google Metro program office.• Overcame numerous roadblocks in Q4, including ENG delays, Missing ENG permits and documentation, field crew issues, COA shutdowns and vendor pricing negotiations; and was able to manage through all issues to achieve Q4-2018 HHP targets. For example, I identified issues in November related to a design delivered by ENG did not provide splicing and fiber assignments for the 864 fiber out of AUS111 HUT to three (3) planned 288 fibers. Proactively met with ENG to review and ensure this documentation was created in advance of the project start to ensure no impact to 2019 planned HHPs.

Project management responsibility for contract negotiation and installation of OC12 ring. Ring was installed on-time, within budget of $150K. Project management responsibility for contract negotiation and transition of frame relay services to MPLS services for 201 stores. Transition was completed on-time, with annual savings of $450K.

As a mechanization manager I developed applications using Visual Basic, Access, Excel, company databases, and TIRKS. Responsibilities included database design and management, workflow design, management of user design concerns, project management, and post implementation technical support.
