-Manage multiple properties in Park City, UT | Santa Fe, NM | San Diego, CAboth in person and over the phone by assisting guests/owners/guest of owners on helping them locate their condo as well as providing access (keys, key codes, parking permit, etc.) and accommodating their needs.-Quickly addressing any issues and providing solutions while diligently working with other departments such as housekeeping or maintenance to ensure any requests or work orders are getting done in a timely manner along with an excellent customer service being delivered.-Providing guests/owners/guest of owners with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events and arranging transportation. As well as providing information regarding area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities. -Working along with the Home Owner Association (HOA) of each building to ensure all amenities are up to standard for guests/owners/guest of owners.-Working along with Real Estate agents and owners by arranging appointments and providing access (keys, key codes) to their listings. -Working along with outside Rental Property Management companies by providing their guests with access (keys, key codes, parking permit, etc.) and directions.
