The Home Depot's supplier network finds opportunity to expand their product assortment beyond the walls of retail stores by offering items for special order sale. QuoteCenter is the portal by which store associates access an electronic catalog of instant priced products for selling materials to accommodate entire projects. Aspects include pricing, availability and delivery settings. My role includes effective supplier communication in creating their persona/profile in QuoteCenter in order to provide visibility for storefront. This includes accurate data submission, training and compliance support. I also engage in testing new features prior to launch. As the QuoteCenter organization matures, I have been able to provide valuable process creation and implementation.
