During my sabbatical interrupted by COVID, I joined a JV involving Partners in Health, Accenture, Salesforce, and the Commonwealth of MA aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth with $40M of taxpayer funding. Imagine a virtual call center leveraging data with significant HIPAA considerations, staffed almost completely by people from all walks of life who had zero experience working in a call center environment. I was honored to lead, with my amazing team of managers, folks as diverse as tenured MIT professors and fresh graduates of college. Employing my years of leading product development we quickly trained our thousands on Agile precepts, with twice-daily stand-ups, a loose roadmap for what we envisioned success being, and a lot of iterating we onboarded team members monthly - experienced two RIFs - and made amazing progress in mitigating what the pandemic aimed to achieve. Throughout this effort we also stood up a first-of-its-kind Salesforce instance aimed at confined healthcare delivery, for which I led UAT. This instance is now a product in the company's portfolio. Our team, which fluctuated drastically (300-3000 team members) throughout the project, focused on the task at hand daily leveraging data viz, productivity trending, and capacity optimization to deliver on SLAs as expeditiously as possible. As a fully remote team, we deployed an agile methodology operationally and adapted our KPIs to the extremely variable nature of our accompaniment model. I am extremely proud of my team leaders for the foxhole mentality we encouraged and maintained in support of each other's personal and professional growth and maturation throughout a very unique project.

Worked with a team managing the investments for high net worth individuals, and their businesses. Held Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 investing in opportunities outside the market and within. Served on the investment committee providing due diligence on alternative investments in energy and real estate.

Worked with a small team reconciling internal balance sheets coming out of Wells merger with Norwest; one side reported by product and the other reported by region. We were tasked with making sure 10,000+ lines were accurate through the business day.

Volunteered with ACCION International, a micro-lending non-profit where my focus was on creating better risk mitigation criteria to more accurately price loans from $500 to $50,000.
