Implementing and planning merchandising capital projects from minor remodels to specialized departmental resets. Including managing HD Rollout project managers, whom manage contractors, ordering of fixtures, developing budgets and communicating with store planning, procurement and stores.

Work with Merchandising to design plans for new stores, remodels, resets and new company initiatives. Work with architect, PM, VM and various departments. Managed fixture ordering, contract hire and administration. Supervised set up of new and remodel stores and temporary draftsmen during initiatives

Work with merchandising and operations to design display fixtures and implement major resets. Coordinated efforts of product line review to reduce fixture costs and manage inventory with vendors. Developed annual fixture budgets for the SE division. Handled multiple division fixture ordering (MS, SW, SE). Trained and supervised 5+ coordinators.

Greater Atlanta Area

Supervised and trained 5 rebate processors. Responsible for monthly downloads. Utilized Paradox and updating of programs to transfer data to IBM system. Trained for Paradox and Pal programming. Processed high volume rebates from vendors and adjustments for DC accounting. Responsible for $75m account

Sales of Power Equipment - Managed retail office, processing sales transactions, cash accounting and weekly sales reports for 6+ salesmen. Managed inventory and shipping throughout the Southeast.
