I am an Associate Lawyer at Lawson Lundell LLP's Asia Pacific Group practising in commercial real estate law with a particular focus in real estate acquisitions and development and commercial lease negotiating and drafting. I have experience advising clients on the purchase, finance, development, and sale of residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial projects. On the development side, I draft disclosure statements, strata bylaws, and purchase agreements for REDMA compliance, review and negotiate municipal agreements as part of the development permit process, and assist developers with their construction financing and deposit protection insurance facilities.I also routinely assist landlords in the preparation, negotiation and settlement of commercial leases for various commercial properties from open-air shopping centers to office tower complexes with local, national and international tenants.In my corporate-commercial practice, I regularly assist clients on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership structuring and reorganizations. I also have experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements across various industries including in the technology, forestry and hospitality sectors.
