I work as a life insurance producer for North American Senior Benefits. We offer a wide range of products from different providers. I'm always available to help as your life needs change. As an IT support specialist for Coregistics, I helped users maintain daily functionality with all IT devices in use. In this role I prioritized support emails in a dispatch system in order to reach quick resolutions. My job was to ensure our employees can achieve maximum productivity with their IT devices. I remained in constant contact with vendors to maintain network security and data integrity including Microsoft Exchange Management. Before Coregistics I was in iTech for iCracked.com, repairing any and all smart devices(Apple, Android, Microsoft). The business concept was mobile cell phone repair. I would secure clients and schedule times to travel to a location convenient to them. While the repair itself was the deliverable, I attribute the majority of my success in that business to my skills in confidence building. With a phone call or a few text messages I could win the trust of my clientele and would warranty all of my work so they never had reason to doubt. It was a unique business model with a cool market niche that really played into my passions as an entrepreneur.
