As IT Support Coordinator, I manage support tickets and triage tasks based on importance and urgency. In this aspect of my role at Animal Logic, I reviewed and evaluated the render farm’s health and status on a regular basis. I established productive relationships with Production Managers and Coordinators to each render job are properly prioritised in the queue system to meet project goals.
