With over 25 years of legal and business experience, I serve as an administrative law judge at the State of California, where I adjudicate cases involving various services that the Department of Social Services offers. I apply my transferable skill set in conflict resolution and training/workshop facilitation to ensure fair and impartial decisions are rendered and I promote public trust and confidence in the judicial system. I am also a certified life and executive coach, a founder and CEO of Evolve, a global women collaborative community, an author, an inspirational speaker, and a licensed minister. Through these roles, I empower, mentor, and inspire other judges, attorneys, and professional women to discover their purpose, develop their leadership skills, and achieve their goals. My mission is to live a life of significance and help others do the same.
