Hello! 👋🏻 My name is Michael Lawler and I am an Information Technology Associate at the California Department of General Services (DGS), specializing in ServiceNow development. My employment by University Enterprise Inc. was met through my computer science program at Sacramento State University, and I eventually gained over three years of hands-on experience as a student assistant developer. During this time, I worked on the ServiceNow team to streamline, develop, and publish IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions that services customers representing various departments throughout the State of California. Recently, I transitioned into a full-time position within the same team, where I continue to contribute to the growth and efficiency of DGS's IT services. I am passionate about applying my technical skills and work ethic to provide innovative solutions in the public sector.My immediate goal is to continue honing my expertise in ServiceNow and eventually earn a role as an IT Specialist I in the near future. 🙏🏻
