Responsible for preparing candidates for Client Interviews & Responsible for Consulting Coordinator’s Performance and Rate negotiations of C-to-C’s Consultants.Maintain all data accurately and Healthy pipeline of available consultants. Responsible for Quality of Formatted resumes and reference Checks.• Interaction with US candidates via telephony, understanding profile, making them understand job role, taking confirmation for forwarding their resume.• Maintaining databank of all the resumes i.e. platform wise, experience wise etc. Maintained and updated potential candidate/client database for current and future job opportunities.• Interacting with all tech panels, Scheduling Interviews and getting the feedback about the candidates hiring. Organize and conduct recruiter meetings focusing on recruiter development, emphasized on training and mentoring other junior recruiters.• Hiring consultants for short/long term projects on corp-to-corp.
