Still i am working in whirlpool of india from last 2 year and i have production experience. some important point we mention below which is i achived in production field.Productivity/ Production:-• Ensure adherence to Volume wise & Model wise Production and Dispatch Plan.• Responsible to keep the records- LGT, CPM, YIELD, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, PRODUCTION/PRODUCTIVITY, OEE & SCRAP on daily basis.• Achieving the target given by planning dept and closed the issue with CFT team on daily basis. • To improve productivity by leading / working in a team through technology up gradation, reducing cycle time; process improvements. • Distribution, supervision and efficient utilization of manpower (around 121) consisting of operators, ladies, trainees & contractual workers and train them on need basis.• Ensure efficient utilization of available resources, control over the scrap.• Ensure & preplan- AM/PM of all machines, mould and all equipments.
