Responsible for the supply chain function for the group in India. Integrating and building the central logistic/supply chain function for the group in India by integrating the teams / processes from the new acquisitions in India. ( Indo Asian, Numeric, Adlec, Valrack). Integration of all logistic facilities and building a group organization with best practices. Redefining the complete supply chain flows as per changing times. One of the first in industry to evolve GST enabled supply chain. Consolidated more than 50 warehouses and built a sustainable and optimized supply chain model. We built a mother warehouse which is the biggest for the group in Asia Pacific which has supported the business from all aspects. Driven the complete GST implementation / migration project for the group in India covering different entities with multiple ERP systems covering all the facets of the complete change management. ( Process, Systems, Legal, Commercial, Communication) Managed the Post acquisition docking of Valrack to the group.
