I focus mainly on Quality & Regulatory Affairs; implementing & improving internal processes complying to ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. I've worn many hats in my career as a head of department in my previous role; responsible for Production, Quality, Purchasing, maintenance, part of Finance & Sales. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. When I get into the job, I want to know everything so I make sure to be detail oriented; what can we do? How do we do? My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a life long learner and aspire to become C-suite level executive. I am passionate about martial arts. I have achieved karate-DO 7th KYU in the past and my personal mantra is "I can & I will".
