· Responsible for the smooth running of the meeting room bookings and booking system.· Ensure that meeting room sheets from current/ previous day get checked by Catering Assistant and any changed passed on get updated in Centre Charge.· Ensure that we have room booking confirmation, payment details or credit card guarantee, invoice address, telephone numbers, email address, other details, or any other necessary paperwork for external meeting in place before the start of the meeting. · Handle all overall Centre.· Provide the respective project/competency area specialists to fulfil the demand in resources required on projects. · Responsible for daily activities of centre , ensure that centre function is organised & efficient.· To ensure effective implementation of various sales and marketing initiatives at the centre.· Driving Sales closures i.e. enquiry conversion. · Pro-actively carry out and manage all administrative tasks involved in client move ins, client move outs and client moves.· Pro-actively carry out and manage all administrative tasks involved in client move ins, client move outs and client moves.· To make sure the business centre/library is closed if not used by any guest.· To make sure the business centre/library is maintained clean at all time.· Provide the respective meeting area /competency area specialists to fulfil the demand in resources required on projects. · Handle all centre activities related to Operations activity.· Drive the centre to achieve revenue and result targets
