•Developing Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) of the district with the technical support of Suaahara District Office in coordination with District Health Office, Distrcit Development Committee and other stakeholders.•Planning and Implementing project activities in the working district in close coordination with Suaahara District Office .•Coordinating Suaahara district team, district line agencies, related offices and networks for planning and implementing Suaahara program activities and organizing the different meetings, orientation and training, joint monitoring and supervision visits and other relevant activities in the district and field level.•Supervising and monitoring the field level activities and providing the constructive feedbacks to the field supervisors and supporting them to plan, prepare and submit reports, collect and document important case studies/stories.•Producing and submitting the quarterly/ semiannual / annual reports of the programs on time and collecting and documenting important case studies/stories. •Attending and sharing the program progress and challenges, lesson learnt and best practices in district level stakeholders' review meeting in coordination with Suaahara district office.•Entering all the program data into the Online Program Management Information System (OPMIS) on time.•Tracking the financial transactions and financial reports.

1. Facilitating requirements for design of employee e-reporting platform.2. Gathering groundwork input data collection to feed in the required system.3. Negotiating with the vendors about the format.4. Conducting preliminary training sessions for the employees to ease the system handling and usage.5. Continuous support and guidance for the employees and troubleshooting the issues related to the use of the system.
