• Handling Recruitment for IT and Non-IT • Handling, Monitoring and Coordinating the end to end Recruitment Process Cycle.• Understanding the requirement of the client with respect to technical and general aspects• Sourcing of the candidates using Job Portals (Naukri.com, Monster India, Times Job), references, present databank & other external sources.• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the process• Coordinating with clients and the candidates till end to end process• Job posting, Mass Mailing, and head hunting• Evaluate the candidate by conducting preliminary interview• Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling face to face interviews with the clients• Database Maintenance• Manpower planning and responsible for meeting recruitment targets, timely reporting of recruitment status.• Maintaining daily, weekly as well as monthly MIS• Negotiate the salary with the candidates according to the company norms.• Preparing daily/weekly reports.• Source candidates for required industry.
