As an agile coach, I help organizations, teams, and individuals adopt agile practices and methods while embedding agile values and mindsets. My goals as an agile coach are to foster more effective, transparent, and cohesive teams, and to enable better outcomes, solutions, and products/services for customers.Have done some successful ART launch and training deliveries on agile transformation throughout the enterprise.

My role as an “Agile Coach and Trainer” include to help peoples applying Agile at an enterprise level i.e. I facilitate to transform the world of work, plan and organize an enterprise-level agile transfiguration.
