Responsible for managing Costing function of all manufacturing plants (Standard and Actual Costing), Plant Budgeting, MIS, Monthly parent reporting to Basel, Variance Analysis, Handling of Statutory Audit and Cost Audit, Inventory valuations.

Mumbai Sales Office - Responsible for Monthly closing, Cash Flow management and Receivable Management. Finance In-charge for Mumbai Stockyard with four team members (monthly volume of > 70000MT)Bhilai Steel Plant – Finance member of Purchase Concurrence Team. Responsibilities include scrutiny of each procurement proposal of > INR 5 million, compliance of norms and tender terms & conditions. Part of Special Task Force to clear final settlement of 3000+ employees who opted for VRS. The work was successfully completed in 3 months time.
