Oversee the overall business performance, including SSHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) and Reliability performance across the business teams in my areasProvide strategic directions and guidance on standards of operation excellence Develop leaders and shaping culture to achieve operational excellence and the most competitive producer in the region.Oversee a team of 215 operations personnel and 80 supporting engineers.

Responsible for managing the operations of demineralisation plants, gas turbine generators, electrical distribution system and gas and water distribution system. Oversaw 56 employees and responsible for the management and improvement of safety, reliability and efficiency of the plants.

Responsible for driving operations and business improvement in Asia Pacific region in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Refining Director. Provided expertise and leadership on the development of annual refining Asia Pacific Business Plan which is used to set business objectives and targets. Analyzed monthly refinery performance, including accomplishments and challenges, communicated regional results for presentation to Refining President, identify focus areas to improve regional performance and competitiveness and meet business needs.
