Major Responsibilities:• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project. • Responsible for directing the activities of team members, assigning tasks, scheduling meetings and preparing progress reports. • Manage and perform hands on project planning, auditing of system requirements, creation of documentation, tracking progress metrics and defects and mentoring the team. • Own and communicate overall development progress and generate reports in a timely fashion. • Own the validation and approval process for code packages deployed into the test environments. • Responsible for liaising with the overall implementations and securing sign-offs in verifying that these implementations are not adversely affected by the changes..

Major Responsibilities:• Manage and perform hands on project planning, auditing of system requirements, creation of documentation, tracking progress metrics and defects and mentoring the team. • Own and communicate overall test progress and generate reports to upper management in a timely fashion.• Responsible for coordinating test data preparation and code movements into test environments.• Perform extensive web testing• Supervise and create comprehensive test plans for System, Enterprise and Regression testing, creation and maintenance of test cases and test data. • Own the validation and approval process for code packages deployed into the test environments. • Responsible for liaising with the overall implementations and securing sign-offs in verifying that these implementations are not adversely affected by the changes.• Responsible for overall system testing involving design and creation of system test plans, test cases and ensuring that the system is bug free.

Major Responsibilities:• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives • Develop the appropriate test plans and test cases related to a product. • Execute test cases and analyze test results. • Participate in troubleshooting with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. • Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate. • Develop the appropriate documentation related to the assigned project/task.

Starting from a general ramp up on the different application parts, I was able to acquire - three months later - the leadership of IDE used to design the processes of the application.• Work across multiple countries and coordinating with different branches.• Acquire experience in documenting the process of work.• Presenting trainings to other colleagues.• Leading small and moderate teams (ranging from 1 to 5).
