I have a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA in May 2021. I have over two years of work experience in the health care field, including as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, Health Service Officer, and as a project consultant. I have skills in data entry and Microsoft office, which I use to perform administrative tasks, document health records, and communicate with colleagues and clients. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of health care services, especially for marginalized and disadvantaged communities. I am also fluent in Arabic and English, which allows me to interact with diverse and multicultural populations. My core competencies include teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and other skills learned throughout my education and employment. As a Reserve Health Services Officer (HSO) at the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS), I serve as part of a team that provides health services to underserved and vulnerable populations, while protecting, promoting, and advancing the health and safety of the nation.
