- Manage and train recruiters on full cycle recruitment activities described below

- Hire for SAP functional, technical, and leadership positions on both a full-time permanent and contract basis- Assess both client and candidate needs to effectively identify and attract top talent - Strategically source for leads using various platforms and methods, including applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more - Thoroughly screen and interview candidates to assess skills and experience - Present a shortlist of qualified applicants to clients, highlighting relevant skills and experience- Schedule interviews and follow ups, maintaining close proximity to candidates and hiring managers, gathering feedback to improve recruitment processes - Provide candidates with timely updates and guidance to ensure a positive recruitment experience - Facilitate offer negotiations and seamless onboarding - Proactively build and maintain a network of SAP talent for immediate and future hiring needs - Keep organized and detailed records of all recruitment activities in ATS- Manage a high volume of recruitment activities and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Correspond with clients over the phone, email, and in person; screen for intake and referral- Schedule meetings with Lawyers/Paralegals and community members seeking legal assistance- Maintain organization of all client records in the Clinic Information Management System (CIMS), ensuring all files are detailed and up to date- Provide ongoing administrative support to legal staff, involving email correspondence, meeting reports, calendar management, and the preparation and processing of legal paperwork
