I’m thrilled to take on the role of Social Media Marketing Specialist at Smart Cell Company. In this position, I manage and develop digital strategies to enhance the company’s online presence. My responsibilities include creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. I also focus on aligning social media efforts with broader marketing goals to deliver impactful and measurable results.

During my one-month internship at Smart Cell Company, I completed a CX course with CX Academy and gained practical experience in customer experience management. I worked on improving customer touchpoints, analyzing feedback, and enhancing service processes. This experience deepened my understanding of CX principles and how to create customer-centric solutions in a real-world setting.
