In charge of the Strategic Projects area, where we developed a strategy to defend potato imports from the U.S.A. to the interior of the country due to phytosanitary problems, likewise, I implemented information digitalization processes in the company and helped in the management and development of the XVIII National Potato Congress, from its operational and economic planning, to the development ofmarketing strategies, sales and operation.

Responsible for giving continuity to previously signed commercial contracts, as well as looking for new clients and closing contracts, designing and monitoring new commercial projects.I carried out coordination and synergy activities with teams from various areas for the development of projects that increased the commercial value of the company's hydrocarbons, highlighting the interconnection to the National Gas Pipeline System "SISTRANGAS" operated by Cenagas.And I continued supporting hydrocarbon measurement issues, improving the Measurement Management System implemented and modifying Development Plans.

Dedicated to the design and implementation of a Measurement Management System for compliance with Mexican regulations and the optimization of that activities.Active participation in the preparation, review and signing of contracts and commercial agreements with third parties; and, together with a multidisciplinary team, we review and update Development Plans, for their approval before regulatory bodies.

Analysis of production information, process improvement and reporting for regulatory compliance.In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, we prepared evaluation and transition plans.

I prepared production reports associated with measurement and commercial issues before regulatory entities and participated in the preparation of exploration plans.

I supported the review of transition plans of companies that would start extraction activities in the areas assigned during tenders.
