I was with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) for 15 years as a regulator overseeing banking and payment systems, and covering data governance and supervisory technology in the Data Analytics Group. ♠ I joined KPMG in 2019, where I managed projects in the data strategy and regulatory technology space for financial services clients. I have represented KPMG at client and industry events to speak on regulatory reporting for banks, and payment services. ♠ I am passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in relation to blockchain as the enabler, in particular, helping them with managing risk, compliance and capacity building. ♠ As a mentor with Nanyang Technological University (my alma mater), I contribute by inspiring and empowering students at the Nanyang Business School for their future careers. ♠ As a business owner, I have volunteered at the PODEX Community Mentorship Programme for business owners. Many have said that I was very brave to start my business in the heat of the pandemic in October 2020.
