My journey to a leadership role reflects my commitment to continuous learning, effective time management, and multitasking skills.=>Achievements:1) CSGO Competition Leadership: During my bachelor’s degree, I actively participated in and later led the CSGO competition at my college’s annual function. Managing a team that coordinated over 70 teams of 5 members each taught me valuable lessons in leadership and coordination.2) Hackathon Participation: At IT Path Solutions, I participated in a 36-hour hackathon where my team developed an Alexa-based skill to help higher management retrieve information about employees and projects via voice commands. We integrated a machine learning algorithm to estimate project completion times based on various factors, demonstrating our innovative problem-solving approach.In my current role, I focus on driving innovation and efficiency through my .NET expertise. I mentor my team to collectively push the boundaries of software development.
