Within the US CPB STRATEGY 4 - OCE Strategic Initiatives Team (NAM) - Private BankWorking to digitize the current process with an implemented seamless onboarding process for NAM and ASIA high net worth clients/enterprises. Main role requires bridging the gap of understanding between the technical and business team during projects. Responsibilities include:- Outlining timelines for project delivery as well as flowcharts per each release.- Assist in requirements’ prioritization, driving out business priorities, reviewing and validating the approach with stakeholders- Turn generated numerical data reports into insightful actions to manage or maintain course of action for projects- Maintaining relational databases, in order to acquire data metrics from queries, and produce graphical representation in weekly iterations of key metrics for senior executives and business.- Test applications and forms from business perspective, and liaise with QA Engineers verifying issues each morning and defect backlog reprioritization.- Support the roll out of new release versions of application software including systems integration. - Obtain and process data to send automated reminder emails to Bankers and Associate Bankers, each morning- Release Management : Maintaining complex spreadsheets, documentation and matrices for; • release expectations • pilot feedback • process flow diagrams • feature cycles • risk analysis • decision logs • detailed tracking of business end-to-end test defects with associated JIRA’s.- Create detailed training documentation for Citi Training Site- Handle pilot phase onboarding bankers across North American regions per release, and conduct training sessions- Act as point of contact for troubleshooting, conducting walkthrough sessions- Updating, maintaining and monitoring existing and new forms within the back end of Forms Center.
