Taking care of guest needs from greeting them within two mins to inviting them back. I executed the seven steps of service as well as explaining menu items and being cautious of allergy problems. I also was able to up-sale on some items when I seen the moment arise. My job composed of receiving shipments from the back room and working it towards the floor in a organized way. I would also work the returns to their original area and make sure they were free of damages. During my work day I would answer customer questions and inform them of newer products they may not have been aware of while explaining our warranty process on approved items.
