    I provided support for participants in a specialized workshop that teaches women of color to recognize and value lifetime learning experience as something potentially worthy of college credit. I discussed with the students, both at the workshop with instructors as well as during online workshops moderated by me, their life experiences. We then explored potential avenues wherein students may decide to apply for prior learning credit that will go towards the completion of their studies. During the workshop series, I also assisted instructors with: producing workshop content materials video interview production and distribution technical support during workshops (creating digital material while instructors are lecturing in order to provide an immediate visual reference)The workshop Moodle online learning environment was developed and maintained by me.
