• Working on project "Building and Developing an Institutional Culture" : Developing an institutional culture that works on developing multiple levels that encompasses the commonly accepted administrative style, the human behavior, communication skills, and employee's inter-relationships. - Collecting data, interviewing employees and workers at all levels within the company and analyzing the collected data. - Submitting a general report to the top management which covered the results and included the recommendations for future application and utilization.• Professional training on human resource development and institutional development.• Developing different work procedures in addition to their forms ( Risk Management Procedure, measuring Customers' satisfaction procedure, IQ Test procedure)• Submitting daily and weekly reports to the supervisor.
