Responsible for- managing a national member organization with more than 2000 members- organizing member conferences and meetings- setting up and implementing internal communication policies and strategies- setting up committees focused on tracking public policy and current political topics- together with the rest of the board strategizing and writing plans.

Supported the parliamentary group in Amersfoort with - internal communication to involve local members in the political process- external communication about the group's achievements (press releases etc.)- researching public policy proposals and offering suggestions- attending city council meetings and taking notes on actionable events/policies

- Managing communication between the Ministry and its stakeholders, mainly local governments and educational directors- Publishing materials (atlas and website) to communicate the Ministry's achievements in the area of reducing youths leaving school without a basic qualification- Organizing events and conferences to bring together those in the educational.

As the first board to carry this organization from a magazine aimed at LGBT youths to a youth group with members and participants I organized events, set up marketing and worked together with the parent organization to further involve youths in the LGBT movement.
