I have always worked in tech, from my first software start-up in 2003 through to mid-tier UK Cloud Service Providers, U.S. hosting corporates and European digital services businesses, typically in senior management or Director roles owning product and/or GTM strategy. Throughout my career, I have built and incubated new platforms, services and technical consulting functions from business case to profitability.I have considerable experience in supporting and integrating acquisitions (13 and counting) as the industry consolidates, pivots and shifts to fold in new capabilities and experience that translate to customer advantage.In my role as Ascent's Director of Product & Marketing, I was very proud to rank #8 in the The Top 25 Women Leaders in Software of Europe for 2021. I was also a finalist in the Tech Excellence Awards 2021 in the Outstanding Returner to Work category. Now as part of Ascent’s international senior leadership team, working at the intersection of data and AI, application innovation, cloud and digital experience, my role is all about collaborating with our talented SMEs to build cohesive solutions and services that prove value to customers quickly. I am obsessed with proposition development and engagement design that genuinely makes it easier for businesses to do something new, or do something better.
