Activities focused and related to career & compensation for all positions to leaders and specialists levels, including wage structure and their impact on labor costs. Working in partnership with staff and HR BP in the organizational design to retain key top talents supporting business needs and growth.Core activities:- Manage job titles and salary structure with Towers Watson;- Apply CBA mandatory increases (Collective Agreement);- Manage One-Time Payments (recognition, hiring bonus, retention bonus, etc.); - Analyze and approve promotions, job changes and transfers;- Year-End compensation cycle (Profit and Result Sharing Program - Performance Pay, Incentive Compensation, Annual Salary Increase and Market Adjustment);

Focused on activities related to benefits administration such as health care, life insurance, nursery, private pension and pharmacy, ensuring monthly routines and meeting the needs of internal customers such as HR Partners and Managers.

Responsible for activities focused on the termination process for all BR plant (5.000 employees).- Activities operationalized with SAP HR module.

Responsible for the termination process of the administrative and distribution center for Santa Catarina, and Paraná stores.- Activities operationalized with the Senior system.
