As a Communications Ambassador, I work with the Communications team to coordinate with various departments within to park to relay information regarding the park’s day-to-day operations. Additionally, I correspond with guests through email to answer their questions, resolve any issues, and engage in guest service recovery. Some of my other responsibilities include: monitor social media outlets to observe and report on the park’s public image as well as interact with guests, input data regarding attraction performance into the park’s database, and monitor and communicate the surrounding area’s weather conditions to support the safety of the park’s guests and ambassadors.
