I currently run a small Property Management and Commercial Cleaning Business. I manage marketing, sales, recruiting, training, website design, social media, customer service, scheduling, payroll, application creation, contracts, orientation and contract negotiationI was the Co-Owner of a small coffee truck. We were based in Newark, NJ but moved to different location for events as well as setting up in downtown Newark 5 days a week.My role was marketing, sales, day to day operations and event scheduling along with management of any staff and supply ordering.I created a small women's fashion line. Some of my responsibilities were to create basic patterns, sew, market and sell products through online mediums and vendor shows.I was the Leasing Manager and the temporary Property Manager for a Real Estate company in East Orange, NJ. I was hired as the Leasing manager. Helped the business to grow it's portfolio from 7 buildings to 15 by implementing office, maintenance and customer service systems.I focused on organizing systems in the office, customer service, staffing, marketing, lease signings, credit checks, vendor relations and team building. I was a full time Property Manager for a 75 unit project in Brooklyn. I was responsible for sales reporting, building maintenance reporting, security, on site events as well as tenant relations.I believe there is something in every role I have had that has given me the needed experience for this job. I have worked with contracts as a business owner, property manager and leasing manager. I have experience with transaction management for every role as I am typically the person that follows up to ensure projects are completed and problems are resolved. Emailing is a critical for of communication and was necessary for my roles as a property manager, leasing manager and running a small property management and commercial cleaning company. Appointment setting is also very important. It is something I use regularly for business and my personal life.
