Focus Benefits Group is primarily an employee benefits firm. Our clients would tell you we provide a service capability that they have not experienced with other agencies. As this is my area, I take great pride in how well you view our value to your company. As Director of Client Services I handle any issues that arise at our groups. This includes assistance with enrollment meetings, employee education on their benefits, claims assistance, billing and enrollment issues. Basically, any circumstance in which our clients may need assistance I am there to help walk them through it. We like to tell our clients that we get paid everything month whether we hear from them or not, so take advantage of what you are paying for, which is great customer service!

I work primarily in the Alzheimer's Unit. My job included helping our Residents with their daily living needs & providing them with company and care. This job was a really great learning experience for me. It really made me appreciate our elderly population and the hardships they face as they age. It also made me appreciate my youth and health. I had thought I wanted to be a nurse but after almost two years, I decided that Nursing wasn't the path I wanted to take.
