I'm the Founder and CEO of Laystrength Inc., a fitness, nutrition, and wellness company providing evidence-based services to different settings and age groups.I built the company in 2017 from the ground up which started as a sole proprietorship company, and it became a corporation in 2021 with investors from the US. The company is now serving top corporations in the country, providing virtual services in PH and USA, and changing how home service fitness is being delivered.My mission is to elevate the standards in the fitness industry by providing a customer-centric approach & reverse-engineering from the client’s goal, creating innovative solutions by mixing technology and science, making evidence-based practitioners mainstream and more accessible, and providing more flexible employment options to coaches and other wellness providers.
