I assumed a pivotal consulting role as a Strategic Talent Sourcer & Brand Ambassador, overseeing the sourcing process for external passive and diverse talent in challenging, business-critical, and high-revenue positions. I was asked to join the Corporate Functions recruiting team in May 2019 and ran a full lifecycle recruitment of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Quality Assurance, Financial Crimes, Project Management and Corporate IT Security.

While recruiting for Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking - the lines of business I supported were Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Community Lending and Investment (LIHTC, NMTC), Multi Family Capital, Commercial Mortgage Servicing, Real Estate Capital Markets, Asset Backed Finance, Hospitality Finance Group, Senior Housing as well as CAO and Compliance Risk & Financial Crimes organizations for both CRE and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital (WFCC). WFCC Risk Management provides operational risk, compliance, financial crimes and business risk management services through an optimized model which leverages centralized functions and agile business focused teams to support sound risk management for the Asset Backed Finance, Capital Finance, Commercial Distribution Finance, Corporate Trust Services and Equipment Finance lines of business.

Executed full lifecycle specialized recruiting initiatives for a variety of executive positions to include Transaction Services, Global Consumer Strategy, Fraud/Consumer Risk Control, and Finance as well as Governance, Regulatory, and External Affairs.

Directly recruited by the CEO of the company for mortgage industry expertise and knowledge. Managed all HR inquiries, employee relations, and matrix management for a team of consultants nationwide.

Played a key role in planning, strategizing, and recruiting a highly visible 150-person site (Mortgage Premier Broker Group), successfully increasing market share with the top-tier wholesale brokers across the country.  Personally recruited by the SVP of the Talent Acquisition & Planning organization to join the start-up Wells Fargo Home Mortgage recruiting team during the refinance boom. Worked on-site through a vendor from Sept 2002 until Jun 2003 when I was offered a FT role.
