With a business minor and Honors College distinction, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to my roles.Currently serving as Senior Coordinator at Boise State, I lead a full-time professional staff member and 30-35 student staff to coordinate comprehensive orientation programs, mentorship initiatives, and training curriculum implementation. My experience includes student success initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-campus collaboration, all aimed at enhancing the student transition experience and supporting at-risk populations. I am dedicated to fostering student belonging, equity, and personal growth, with a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative educational practices.
