Provides timely and constructive face to face feedback through documented supervision at least twice a month (preferably once a week, as demonstrated through supervision notes). Ensures agency compliance trainings are completed on time and seeks external opportunities that enhance their position (as documented through training reports). Proactively leads team via standing monthly team meetings to address organizational change and other issues (as demonstrated through agenda, minutes, and action items). Recognizes and manages, using diverse approaches to develop, a high performing team in alignment with the agency strategic plan. Addresses performance issues early, candidly, and through agency documentation process (as demonstrated through progressive discipline policy). Completes timely and constructive performance evaluations. Demonstrates an awareness of and adherence to the budget parameters (as demonstrated through monthly financial reports). Greater Los Angeles Area

Provides direct clinical work and/or therapeutic services to clients and families as measured by supervision and/or direct or taped observation. Complies with Agency productivity standards and maintains an appropriate caseload to reach the weekly expectation of client contact and budgeted hours. Submits timely documentation (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, notes to chart) as outlined in policy and measured via Well reports. Continually assesses the needs and symptoms of clients and families formulating psychosocial diagnoses, gathering history, and determining the most appropriate method (s) of providing treatment/Evidence Based Practice (individual, family, group, supportive, outreach etc.). Continually assesses client progress and modifies treatment via completion and submission of outcome measures. Accurately documents all work with client and/or family and/or relevant persons as measured by QA standards and peer review audit results. Participates in clinical/case supervision by coming prepared to discuss current caseload, documentation and productivity; accepts constructive feedback and direction; and puts feedback into clinical and/or therapeutic practice with clients. Establishes and maintains rapport and effective working relationships with child(ren), families, and community; works effectively within the Agency and social work community at large. Advocating and/or ensuring accompaniment for clients (court, medical, mediation, medication, and visitations) with the goal to ensure satisfactory placement of a child in a safe, permanent, and stable home setting. Maintains knowledge of program standards and policies as developed by Five Acres, COA, Community Care Licensing and other governing bodies; develops personal and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the art practices; participating in in-service programs.
