My thesis focuses on characterizing antibodies that have been identified as promising candidates for the diagnosis and treatment of various acute and chronic neurological disorders including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury, As a researcher in the Tessier and Greineder labs, I have become an expert in performing in vivo pharmacokinetic and target engagement analysis studies using radiotracing, brain disaggregation, and flow cytometry.
