Under direct supervision of MoH Team Leader, Responsibilities included but not limited to Provide administrative and logistical support to the implementation of Tatweer's professional development events including training programs, focus groups and study tours for direct and rollout courses; Responsible for the administrative aspects of events coordination and implementation including, arrangements for venues, equipment and materials as well as providing support to instructors; Responsible for the disbursements of payment for courses; Ensure delivery of bio-data sheets; Prepare events such as meetings, conferences, fairs and training activities and sessions; Produce training documents and materials; Control Tatweer/MoH database, follow up the financial matters, write the formal letters of ministry and their directorates in provinces and send it to the concerned authorities and make sure of its delivery
