Lead and managed the team that developed the core API services that powered Path's iOS, Android, and web clients. Core technologies included Python, Tornado, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Redis, Kestrel, Memcached, and Ruby on Rails. Worked as a key contributor in the relaunch and product development of Path 2, scaling our backend from <10 req/s to >1000s req/s.

Co-founded a social network that focused on mobile photo and video sharing. Other features included sharing media consumption (music and books), trip logging, and place check-ins.
