As Planning Manager, Adam is involved in every aspect of land development beginning with working through land acquisition due diligence and preliminary budgeting, establishing the overall vision for a project, determining financial feasibility, liaising with local governments, and managing consultant teams to guide a project through the various processes to achieve approval.
