From an early age, I’ve had a natural talent for organization and process improvement. In 2nd grade, my parents suggested that my teacher let me organize the classroom as a reward for finishing my work. As I grew older, I realized my ability to think in terms of systems and efficiency was far beyond my peers. In high school, I intuitively took the lead in group projects, delegating tasks and managing the group without any formal training.I’ve always been fascinated by operational processes. Whether observing the workflow in a fast-food kitchen or questioning why a process is the way it is, I'm constantly thinking about how systems could be optimized.My first internship was the first opportunity where my knack for systems and efficiency truly began to shine. I was assigned a task that consumed over half of my weekly workload. Within a week, I re-engineered the entire process, reducing 12 hours of work down to just 30 minutes. That experience led me to choose a degree in information systems, where I focused on understanding data, designing and analyzing systems, and building a foundational knowledge of what technology can achieve.What excites me most is taking on challenges where I can transform inefficiencies into well-oiled systems. My goal is to become one of the greatest operational minds. To achieve this, I’m looking for opportunities that will challenge me and let me work with people who will share their knowledge.
