National Leadership Forum is one of the brand that sits within The Youth Impact Foundation. The National Leadership Forum exists to equip young Australians (18-26) to lead selflessly and courageously on a strong foundation of values, compassion and connection. The National Leadership Forum is one of our Australia’s preeminent leadership development initiatives for young people aged 18-26. Since 1997 the Forum has sought to inspire and equip young adults to use their talents and energies to serve others. The focus of the Forum is not political: rather it seeks to cultivate a more inspired leadership ethic in our young people, regardless of the field they choose to enter.

As owner and manager I was solely responsible for all sales and marketing, client relationships and making sure all staff regularly hit KPIs whist performing in a relational manner.Kelly Sports offer opportunities for children to get active and engaged in sports activities through our partnerships with schools, communities, clubs, regional and national sporting agencies.Since launching in New Zealand in 2007, Kelly Sports has grown significantly and have a fantastic team of 27 Kelly Sports franchises (with Cullen & de Bruijn bring the owners of two) and hundreds of coaches throughout New Zealand. Kelly Sports encourages kids to have fun, build confidence and to give sport a go. We are passionate about what we do because we believe that sport has so much to offer young people. Sport and physical activity improves fitness, builds confidence, develops communication skills, teaches respect and consideration and gives children a place to channel their energy.

I was solely responsible for the world launch of SpringFree's M18 Fitness Trampoline. This included working alongside head office in designing marketing strategies, marketing materials ad implementing these across the North Island of New Zealand.I was also directly responsible for B2B sales and generating leads through various avenues.
