Layton has over 15 years experience in Office Management, specializing in Financial Administration, Customer Service, and Team Leadership. He manages the office budget and invoicing, continually reviews internal operations to ensure efficiency, and is the interface for all client, consultant, and vendor accounts. Layton is also the in-house notary public, payroll and benefits supervisor, and the firm's social media manager. His attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and professional skills contribute to a highly successful firm.Prior to joining Loci, he managed a wholesale optical laboratory, producing high-quality eyewear, where he maintained 100+ client relationships, built and led a team of seasoned technicians with focus on high production output, and helped quadruple the company’s size during his tenure. When Layton is not in the office, he’s writing and releasing music under his own label and recording studio, Yellow Couch Music, collaborating with musicians and creatives from around the globe. He is a professionally trained drummer with an undergraduate degree in Professional Music from the Berklee College of Music. He’s toured the US with his blues-rock band, Courtesy Tier, making appearances at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX and has songs featured in the hit TV series Bates Motel, Kingdom, and Secrets & Lies.
