Collaborated with Dean, other Vice Deans, academic stuff and administration staff on: • Implementing and improving regulations and rules of studying• Improving quality of lecturing conditions• Solving all the ongoing issues related to particular students or student groups• Coordinating work of students’ organizations and all of the student representatives• Management of all the Faculty events which included students as members of the staff• Coordination of “Student mentor” project for students to mentor junior students.• Collaborated with companies and exchange networks to boost career opportunities for students• Informed students of all the deadlines, active regulations and active opportunities• Replied to dozens of students’ emails daily• Sharing all the important and useful information related to studies, engineering careers, student exchange and internships, language learning and skill improvement workshops
